200% positive experience with this company in Humboldt! First of all, I bought a new vehicle with Kelly Bauer, he found for me my lovely “wagen” 🥰 Dawn helped with financing and insurance. Then Brook and Shane with the Automotive Technicians from the Service Department did amazing job to help me to fix one small defect (used car, what you can do!). Everyone is so polite, friendly, attentive and helpful. I got all the info and help that I needed. Thank you South 20 Humboldt to the Moon and back for being amazing and professional team!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn from them as they were the only ones on Canada who had any trucks like this. There were issues that were easily dealt with such as missing bed extender and different cheaper tonneau cover on vehicle when it arrived in NL. Since then, truck has been in dealership here, numerous times for programming and electrical issues( 7 way plug rotted off) from the beginning. A month ago we learned that undercoating we paid for was not on vehicle. Now we are left with a vehicle full of rust underneath and wiring harness corroded off and no harnesses made yet. First the dealership said well if undercoating not done, we will pay to have it done. I said too late, damage is done, no good to undercoat rust, won’t prevent rust from doing more damage. First they said they send them out for undercoating, now they say they did it themselves. She said she has invoice where it was done. If they did it themselves why would you have invoice. Just because someone says they did something does not mean they did it. Undercoating just did not disappear. Chrysler dealership here where I live said no undercoating on the truck. Been dealing with this for weeks, don’t call back when they say they will, excuses, now they said it’s a Chrysler problem! Pass the blame! They charged for undercoating which they did not do and truck has rust issues from the very beginning. Makes me wonder where the truck was. I have 2022 Ram bought at Mac Lane Sundridge Ltd with undercoating done by them prior to accepting delivery and not a speck of rust 30,000 km later.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! There are good to take your money but as soon as you have a serious problem, you are on your own! Make no wonder they have new employees all the time according to other reviews. Forgot to mention, when we met transport truck who deliver the vehicle, there was no fuel in the truck, good thing we met where there was a gas station close by.

Living on the east coast has nothing to do with it! I have a 2025 truck with less than 13,000 km and rusted to pieces because your dealership did not undercoat truck like I paid for! Rust is there and will continue to do damage, undercoating it now will only cover up it. Your dealership made the mistake and now making excuses that I live on east coast and that it is a warranty issue. Yes Chrysler will fix wiring harness when they make them but I am still left with all this rust thru no fault of my own. I have had corrosion issues at 2000 km, I bought all the protections and warranty which cost me almost $10,000 all together but don't change the fact that I will continue to have corrosion issues. I use to be proud to own a Ram Trucks (owned over 20 of them) now thanks to your dealership I am an upset/extremely unhappy owner of a $110,000 rust bucket!

Do not store your tires here! I had tires for less than 6 months on a new car and was told in April when I needed my winter tires off that 2 were unsafe to drive on. They have made no resolution and I’ll be driving winter tires in July. Worst experience buying a car and trying to have my vehicle serviced regularly. Buyer beware.

Finally spoke to the lady service manager and have an appointment booked next week!

I have dealt with several dealerships over my many years, and I have to say that I was most impressed with South 20 (I'm a first-time customer). Their pricing was reasonable, the trade-in offer was very fair and other concessions were generous. They don't embarrassingly overplay the "now you're a part of our dealership family" like other dealerships have done. Overall, I am very satisfied and I would not hesitate to deal with them again (I can't say that about some others I've dealt with). Overall, they are nice people providing the service one would expect, without a lot of unnecessary "fluff".

Dealing with South 20 was a true breathe of fresh air! They made buying a new vehicle stress free and enjoyed their honest up front approach compared to the numbers game with other dealers. They actually made us feel like we were customers they wanted to see, not just a wallet walking in the door. Maybe it's a small town thing verses the fast pace of bigger city dealers, but it was so refreshing to experience good ole customer service and no pressure. It was truly worth the hour drive not just because of the price, but we felt like they actually appreciated our business. They stayed late to help us out on the delivery date, and made buying our new Dodge easy peasy! Two Thumbs up to Lee and all the staff at South 20!
