Service staff were exceptional ! From a 9 hour road trip to a late night break down, tow truck dropping at Concept at 10pm , next morning Kevin called..transmission lines burst, parts would need to be ordered just to fix the hoses , just to see if the transmission was fried ! It took a few days for the parts to come from Toronto. I stressed for a week if transmission was gone 🤷♂️, but I was lucky and staff were so helpful, kind and got it back on the road in a week.

Here’s my experience: We agreed I would visit to see a 2023 car. I took a day off and traveled a long way from Montreal. After test-driving it, I discovered the brakes were defective, and the discs needed replacement (rusted/damaged).
I requested the car’s inspection report, which confirmed the brakes needed repairs—but they hadn’t fixed them! My trip was planned days in advance!
The seller, Charle, then assured me the brakes would be repaired and called to confirm a return date to finalize the sale. Two days later, he told me he sold the car to someone else!
This was disrespectful and dishonest. When I questioned him on the phone, he became rude, aggressive, and hung up on me. Never dealing with this liar again!
Will never deal with them again ..the guy that takes appointment Kevin has been telling me the last 4 months my cheque is in the mail never got it..he was suppose to order seatbelts for my dodge caravan and never did..my husband made a mistake by paying for the seatbelts before this person ordered them ...never ordered them and never got my money back

Waranty is useless. I purchased a brand new ram 1500 warlock on dec 10th 2022. Since then I have had problems with the radio. Either blank screen, radio does not come on, radio forgets presets, radio forgets all settings. I have been in for servicing 3 times and each time I get same response their will be a fix next month. Now I can get them to even return my call or get any answer. I don't have time to keep going back and forth to the dealership to get blown off. I ask that they either fix the radio, or replace with a better one, or reimburse me for the sound system, or reimburse me for this useless waranty. I am not the only one to have this issue with the infotainement I know, but I figure a 70000$ truck should have a functioning radio and the people that work there would have the decency to return a phone call even if it is just to tell you they won't do anything to help you.
Do not return phone calls. tell you one thing and then do not do it. Both in sales and service. They can’t answer what was done on the vehicle. Say that they did road test and never did. Been a customer for 2 years and have never seen such poor service. Was looking at trading in my truck and sales never called back after talking to a salesperson about a trade in asking for trade in value on my truck. I had to go back to see salesperson a week later!!

They were very polite. They had a courtesy car like promised. They had said they would only verify what the problem could be, but in the end they also repaired it very quickly and way ahead of schedule. It was warranty repair but still I really appreciated all they did for me during my repair.

Larry Crook is a rude and terrible human being. When his salesperson lied to me, he said I had 2 options, he'd fix my broken car that was broken by the dealership or acknowledge the lie, but not both, even though I had photographic evidence of the lie. Do not recommend.

The sale manager, Larry Crook, is a rude person and his attitude toward potential customers is aggressive and disgusting.
He didn't honor the agreement between me and the sale representative, canceled the deal and refund my deposit. I am really sorry for the sale representatives in Magog Concept Chrysler who works under supervision of this cheap person.

Envoyer pas votre blonde la avec un char usager....y vont y faire peur en y disant que le char est fini et qu'il y a ci et ca a faire dessus. Je l'ai envoyer juste faire remplire l'huile a transmission(qui ont jamais fait d'ailleurs, il a fallu que je retourne par moi meme)pcq elle coulais mais trrrres lennntement(1 goute par semaine genre). Il y ont dit que la clutch etait fini, que la transmission avait une fuite IMPORTANTE, et qu'elle devrait meme pas retourner a la maison avec le char. J'ai du retourner pour faire topper l'huile et le gars n'a pas voulu me crediter le temps du premier rendez-vous ou ils ont rien fait sauf faire peure a ma blonde.Tres mauvaise experience de service a la clientele. Le @%$&@ au comptoir me laissait jamais placer un mot et me coupait tout le temps la parole ce qui laisse sous entendre dans mon livre a moi qui reconnaissait avoir fait qq chose de mal. Drolement ce qu'il me disait et ce que ma blonde me disait n'etait pas pareil. Scuse moi le @$%^&@, je pense que je vais faire confiance a ma blonde avant toi.
