Just took my Armada in this past weekend for a fob issue (stopped working) as well as a rear hatch issue (would open sometimes, but inconsistent).
The vehicle was inspected, and I was informed that my rear hatch wiring had corroded. To get it fixed, it would have cost over $7000.
I agreed to have my fob fixed, some other services (power steering and brake line cleaned/serviced/refilled), for $1200.
Now, less than 24 hours after the repair, my rear camera no longer works and my fob works intermittently.
I called to speak with the rep and was told because of the corrosion, the fob may not work correctly all the time and the camera may not work due to the corrosion.
I still have no answer why this information about the fob was not shared with me when opting to purchase a new fob.
Basically, I ended up paying over $1200 and my vehicle was returned in worse condition in some ways.
The only good experience is now knowing and sharing with friends and relatives to never shop at Macdonald Nissan.

Hi, I got Hyundai 2016 model from this place in 2022. Mr Rayan was dealing with me. As a new immigrant I was not aware about the pros and cons of the market. He gave me the worst car and said its safety is done. Did not explained about the car collision previously happened and I was the 5 th owner on top of that interest rate was charge 9.99%. After 3 months transmission was gone. I came to Ontario. Today I went to sell the car, I saw extended warranty costs me more than 3900 dollars which was added on the bi weekly instalments. The car is going at 6000 dollars only. They just ripped us like scammers. Plz dont do such things to immigrants . And Ryan I thought u were dealing professionally but was not aware that u were just scamming me. No problem, I don’t have money yet. You guys can betray people but not god.
I have visited the dealership multiple times for vehicle service like oil change and wheel balancing and alignment. Great service and attitude. Will recommend to others.

the most deceitful people I have ever met - talk you into buying and new car and don't give you all the info on the cvt transmission and all it's problems - now we have a 2014 Nissan sitting in our driveway that we can't use and Nissan will not help us
