My vehicle arrived at the dealership on a tow truck after a double flat tire, at lunchtime. Someone took care of us directly, cutting short their lunch break, and ordered the parts directly. To save time, the team went to pick them up from the supplier, which allowed us to get back on the road for our vacation as soon as possible. Thank you very much!

In December I was present during the purchase of my daughter's vehicle since it was her first purchase, the sales manager was insulting. We were trying to explain to her that the transcript could be used as proof of graduation and she told us in a very direct way to stop persisting with her, that she was right! In the end, it was the transcript that was retained as a valid document! The vehicle was not even ready after the transaction was finalized. My daughter had to wait an hour to get it because the brakes hadn't even been changed! She got a deal on mags and summer tires and said she would take them. She calls 3 months later to check when she can pick them up because spring is coming and the seller tells her they haven't even been ordered. I do not recommend this dealership. We even almost canceled the transaction due to the non-respectful attitude of the sales manager.
Friday while going up to Rimouski the air filter of my CX-70 filled with snow and my car no longer had power, at that time I didn't know what the problem was, I arrived from Gaspé in the storm, I called them they told me to go there if I was able, when I arrived they brought my vehicle in and they immediately found out what the problem was. They took the time even though it was 4:30 p.m. to help me and gave me incredible service! I am very grateful

Le 14 mars 2022 on a acheté une voiture usagée à notre fille parce qu'elle a fait un accident avec son autre auto. Le vendeur nous a vendu l 'auto avec des pneus finis par l'intérieur donc on a pas vu ça. C'est un garagiste d'ailleurs qui lui a dit on voit la broche dans tes pneus! Pas drôle vendre des chars comme ça et en plus aucune garantie!

Ils me vendent la pièce au double du prix (je comprends qu’ils doivent faire de l’argent), mais me chargent 45 minutes quand ça n’en a pris que 15. Malhonnête, je n’y retournerai plus et je ne recommande à personne d’y aller.

Nous étions à la recherche d'un véhicule et, malgré le fait que nous n'avons finalement pas acheté chez Mazda, nous avons reçu un excellent service de Ken Hamilton.
Nous avons visité plusieurs autres concessionnaires et, dans plusieurs cas, les vendeurs correspondaient fidèlement au stereotype du "vendeur de chars usagés" qui croient qu'on ne sait pas compter.
C'était tout le contraire avec Ken qui avait une approche beaucoup plus honnête à mon avis.
Expérience positive. Personnel très courtois et a à coeur la satisfaction du client. Endroit très propre. Prix justes selon les marchés actuels.
Je suis venu faire une demande d'essais routier pour une mazda mx5 ... cela fait quelques reprises que je visite la salle de montre et je me fait interesser ... et la cette fois je me fait mettre en salle d'attente ..et je me faire dire que c'est possible d'essailler mais seulement si je veut vraiment acheter ..sur un ton arrogant ... voir si on passe plusieurs fois pour une voiture de plus de 40 milles pour le fun ..... cela me fait vraiment penser a aller faire affaire a matane .....
