I left a Google review because nobody can't help us in the Leggat Kia.

I bought a certified pre-owned Kia from BILLY BRAND last December. I kind of worried about buy a used car so we decided to buy a Certified one.
Billy was nice to us at the first time.
We asked him to show us the car which I found at Kijiji.
We asked about didn't hear the TURN SIGNAL sound when I was driving on the road, and BILLY said that sound could turn on and off.
When I checked the other parts, Everything was fine, so I decided to buy it.
After we paid, Our car have a problem with Oil engine. So of course they changed a Oil engine.(We bought a Certified car!)
And then we had a little bit of a problem(turn signal sound broken, sun roof wheel broken) with a car, so we contacted to billy again.
BILLY suddenly demeanor changed: He ignored us when we texed, emailed or called him about issues, and eventually the sound system broke before we buy and the sunroof broke, and we went LEGGAT KIA back and forth four times.

The service part staff was same.
VERY confidently(never say sorry or kind of things) kepts us waiting for over four hours, told us the speaker was broken(Even Billy said it can be turn on&off), the sun roof wheel order from other country, and that you HAVE TO wait again until we called to make an appointment. Isn't it right situation?

How does it make sense that the car break down two or three times as soon as we bought it???

As you(Billy)know our address, It takes over 2 hours round trip from my house to there.
We spend almost over 6 hours even we bought a Pre-owned certified Car!!!!!

We're not mad about this because we want to be polite to them but there is no one in that store to help us, we were tried to polite you all the way through, but you guys weren't, so I can leave this review on google.

Add more, We do not met Financial manager in person when we bought a car, just phone call, that's it.

Unprofessional, shame on all of you.

+ So far, the vehicle has too many backlogs.

+ NEW UPDATED: WE ENDEED UP SELLING OUR CAR AFTER A YEAR. NEVER EVER bought a car in this dealer shop.

Overall pretty good. Sales Representative was nice and fair. Finance Manager quoted one number and it turned out to be a different number for extended warranty. $5 per week doesn't seem like much but Over 60 months it is. Make sure you get the accurate number before signing

Yeah, I'm definitely NEVER buying a Kia again. Kia Dealerships were going to make me wait 2 weeks for service on my recall. I almost got killed when my brakes(brake line fluid was completely corroded)didn't work and was undrivable I can not wait for 2 weeks I need my vehicle asap. Kia said they will not reimburse me if I have my mechanic fix it. Please don't ever service your vehicle at a dealership they are a 100% scumbags and rip off artists.

I recently visited the Leggat Kia dealership in Burlington, I needed a newer vehicle as my Equinox broke down due to a jumped timing belt and was not worth repairing.
My wife and I were visiting our Grand kids in Hamilton, we live in Welland.
While in Hamilton I decided to research for a newer/used Toyota Rav4 and saw a used one at Leggat in Burlington. I called the dealership and arranged for a test drive,
Upon arriving at the dealership my wife and I met a young salesman named Farsad Asif Don’t let his young looks deceive you. He was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about cars. As we talked it was obvious that he knew a lot about about vehicles and auto mechanics, both old and new.
I saw a few vehicles, test drove the 2024 Rav4 and the 2025 Kia Sportage. After negotiating a great price, my wife and I then decided to purchase the 2025 Kia Sportage from Leggat.
When asked by the Business Manager why we chose Burlington to purchase, instead of buying in the Niagara Region?...My answer was... Loyalty.. Loyalty to Farsad Asif. He did all the work and deserved credit for the sale.....End of story... 5 Star to Farsad, Keep up the good work and Thank You

Mike the manger in the dealership was very rude! I was put my car in a garage for repair, and got no better thing to do and walked in to this Kia dealership. I had my empty coffecup with me, try to throw it in the garbage bin and wondering into a wrong room. Then Mike showed up ... He didn't stop me going into the showroom, but when I tried to ask him a few questions(I do plan to buy a car for my daughter before September), he was like if you don't by a car now and don't even know what kind of car to buy, he doesn't have time to waste on me. He refused to give me a quote, and eventually showed me the door … I am sure he won't treat a white guy like this. I will never buy a Kia.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Buyer Beware -- Spent 5+ hours over 2 days negotiating a deal. We couldn't come to terms. Bought a car from another dealer within 25 minutes. During that process we discovered that Leggat was going to over charge us for extended warranty and GAP Ins. by thousands of dollars. In addition they bait and switched the financing rate, which ultimately lead us to walk away.

Kyle was great! I was waiting to see someone on the sales floor and after walking around and standing at the door I was starting to get frustrated. Kyle was with a customer but as soon as he was up from his desk to file something for his current client he made time to introduce himself. I decided to wait for him as others were not with customers and never came over. Kyle stayed late to help me with my request which led me to purchasing a vehicle.

I was always kept up to date by Kyle throughout the process and they ensured all my needs were met!

I specifically had a exceptional time in purchasing my first car from the Salesman Kyle Kew! His knowledge and patience made my decision VERY easy and comfortable, which is not always the feeling you get from other individuals.
I highly recommend you making the trip to this dealership. The location is very easy to get to being right off the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW), and I say that being from Brampton, ON myself.

Staff were great! Came in with an issue and they immediately searched for any service recalls and notifications about my car. Discovered a service recall, fixed everything for free and even fixed a couple of other pieces as they felt the recalled part may have caused damage. They were fast, professional and helpful.
