“preferable” to return to this specific dealership for service—which raises the question: what happens if I’m nowhere near the dealership when an issue occurs?

Regardless, I’ve had to chase multiple times for a reimbursement and still haven’t received it. At this point, I’m considering asking for a refund on the extended warranty, as I’ve been unable to get a clear response and no one seems willing to properly handle the situation.

It’s been a very disappointing experience, especially after purchasing a vehicle worth over $70,000. I would not recommend this dealership based on how poorly this has been managed.

I ordered an ‘available’ ionic 5 online and place a $500 deposit.
They called the next day to say they have nothing in stock and promised to refund my deposit…
WHICH IM STILL WAITING FOR! 10 days later.

This afternoon we had the worst dealership experience at this place. My wife and I visited to finalize our choice of a new car and were served by Arlanne D. (concealing last name only out of respect for privacy). This sales representative was unfriendly/rude, uninterested, and misinformed. I cannot speak higher of the management of this place either... after we were told the manager would like to discuss the final deal, we waited for 5 minutes after which we were told to 'the manager cannot see you and wishes you a nice day'

Just a lesson for you to never judge a book by its cover - we went up the road and signed on the purchase of a new vehicle (from your competitor)

Thanks for reminding me, why we should stay away from Hyundai before and after sales.

(reading through some of the other reviews, there seems to be a trend in how certain customers are treated differently)

My experience with Hyundai Albi car service was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. The service was least impressive as I had to visit 3 times in 3 months for same engine issue which was under warranty.

I was asked to drive my car to service centre even though online it mentions that if the engine light is blinking then it could lead to a catastrophic failure or life threatening situation. I am planning to go to court soon.

When I spoke with Hyundai customer care team they mentioned that the dealer should offer a loaner for warranty engine repairs however the service centre clearly denied providing any help with the loaner. Not to mention that I had to rent a car out of pocket for 2 and a half weeks.

When it finally came time to address the issues with my car, the technicians were slow and careless, resulting in shoddy repairs that left me stranded multiple times on the road just days later. After the service was done nobody bothered to call me to let me know what was done on my car. Just a service report at the reception was provided.

And to add insult to injury, they didn’t had their own service records for my car hence they charged me to pay for a carfax report to verify if all my services were done at Hyundai to make a warranty claim. Save yourself the headache and avoid Hyundai Albi car service at all costs.

Love, Love, Love the New Location very spacious plenty of parking spaces. Easy to come in and out of that place. It’s a really nice window shopping experience too lol I didn’t do the purchasing through them as I had ordered my car online. But when it was my turn to finalize everything the lady that called me was very very nice she asked me all the questions about the contract then BOOM finalized everything within a day. When it was time to pick up my IONIQ 5 man the staff was nice. Everyone introduced themselves to us and congratulated us even the store manager. Thank you for a pleasant delivery process ! The downside (why the lost star) was the service process. It is expensive! It was easy to book what I needed online and then it was confirmed The staff was very nice but I feel they inflated the prices of the services being done on the car. How ever it is a great place !

Crazy experience, totally unexpected. I hate going to dealers since we all know we feel we will get screwed over. Well NOT this dealer. Met a fantastic sales rep Annie Guillemette. Honest, hard working, and to the point. I had 1 visit, on the second visit I closed the deal. Bought the Tucson 2017 2.0 AWD. Bye Bye Honda, Helloooo HYUNDAI!! I am not the type of person to write reviews but I was so impressed with this dealership I had to do something. The whole staff at Albi Mascouche were very professional and courteous. If your in the market for a car You must go see this dealership and most of all go see Annie Guilemette. She will definitely take care of you !!
