Century Hyundai does an amazing job. My car has always been fixed right the first time. The staff here are amazing. Sales team are very helpful and go out of there way to help you pick the right car for you. Parts department are always going out of there way to make sure you get the right parts. Service team greet you in the morning and get the information they need to fix you car.
All in all this Car dealership makes you feel welcome an does everything they can to make your visit a memorable one.

I purchased my 2023 Hyundai Venue from Century Hyundai. The MSRP for the vehicle was $20,649, and the sales representative was Candice Wright. As a newcomer, I feel that I was taken advantage of. I was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty worth $3,126, without being informed that the vehicle already comes with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Additionally, I was charged an administrative fee of $899, whereas other dealerships in the city typically charge only $499. I was also charged extra for paint protection, winter tires, rims, and other accessories that I did not want. I was forced to accept rust protection packages, which were extremely overpriced.
The service costs are also unreasonably high—I have to pay around $400 for each service. For a basic Venue priced at $20,649, I ended up paying nearly $38,000 due to what I believe was Candice’s greed, as she earned a large commission from the sale.
Chris, the Sales Manager, told me that if I canceled the extended warranty after 45 days, I could get $2,000 back. However, when I returned to cancel it, I was told that I had already used the warranty—even though I have never made any claims.
I strongly advise others, especially newcomers, to be cautious when dealing with Candice Wright. She seems more focused on making sales than on genuinely helping customers. I will never return to this dealership again. I am seeking justice and a refund for the extended warranty that I never used.
I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the lack of response from the vehicle owner. I was misled and have suffered a financial loss of over $10,000 for a basic Hyundai Venue 2023. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received any communication or support.
It is extremely disappointing to see that my previous messages have been read but ignored. This silence only reinforces the perception that there may be dishonest practices involved.
I kindly request an immediate resolution to this issue. Please advise on the next steps or provide a point of contact who can assist me further.

Peter goes above and beyond to take care of you, always respectful of your time. Whether you're in a hurry or prefer to take things slow, he adapts to your pace. His only goal is to make sure you leave more informed and genuinely happy with your decision.
